In between, I got the opportunity to talk with you on telephone from Ahmedabhad. I really appreciate the way you have handled our Tour Programme particularly all the Hotels such as Bikaner and Fern, etc. These are fantastic Hotels and we got good co-operation from them. Your designated drivers, Mr. Sambhu & Mr. Bhupendra were very fantastic and very much co-operative. They were knowing the places in Ahmedabhad very well. However, though they were very good but it was unfortunate that the first two drivers got some accidents and unfortunate incidents and they could not give their good services to us. The driver, Mr. Rupabhai was not familiar with the area but you have taken cognizance of this and send another designated driver Mr. Bhavesh, who was very good. Lastly, by the bottom of my heart I once again really appreciate your gesture and co-operation extended to us. Hi Pramod, I would like to thank you for the excellent holiday planned for my trip to Ooty and Coorg. The stay at silver brook estate at Coorg was very good and foood was yummmy...homemade taste.. veg non veg both ... the estate location was brilliant.. right in the centre of nature..absolutely no disturbance...infact no mobile network.. lol... i wish i could have extended my stay and relaxed much more...my wife and 3 year old son also enjoyed the stay and foood... Moving over to Ooty.. lake view is the best hotel to stay... lovely independent cottages... good normal foood....on a good note.. i have already recommended your name to more than couple of my friends...cheers, Anand
